My 3yo DS came down with a tummy bug last week, he's only just getting over it but ever since he's been very moody and short tempered and destructive even. He just had a poo so went up to change him and he's now hysterically saying he doesn't like his bed and is refusing to stay there. I can't let him cry too long as he throws up and gets breathless and cyanosed (he has a congenital heart defect and is currently waiting for his open heart surgery) any ideas! He's been saying the past few days that he doesn't like his bed anymore, I don't know if something has scared him. Its just the odd time that he won't go without a battle, usually afternoon naps but night time bed time has been ok ... I'm rambling. Any ideas? I guess it could be the weather frightening him maybe ... he's lying on our bed with DP at the moment but I really don't want that to get to be a habit!
