What is a typical routine for a 13 month old?

I should know the answer, having had one before, but now with my second DC I am having some probs and wonder if I should instigate a better routine (or revise our existing rather loose one)...
Please let me know what yours are- nap/sleep times & mealtimes please!

At the moment this is an average day for my DD, but does vary quite a bit:

6.30: wake
7.30: breakfast (wait until DS wakes too)
10: nap (1hr)
12.30: lunch
1:30-2ish: nap (1.5hrs)
3.30: snack
6: dinner
7.30: bed

She's recently started to be very difficult at night so I'm trying to change a few things and wonder if I'm not getting mealtimes right... I've tried dropping her morning nap but she is so exhausted by then (probably from being awake half the night). She is currently fighting all naps & bedtime too....

All experiences/suggestions welcome please!

Sounds very like ds at that age.
He's 2 now, btw.
Not sure about the fighting bedtime, though I can relate to the fighting naps! DO you always do the same thing? Baths, cuddles, etc?

Is she walking yet? My ds (13 months) sometimes exhausts himself by walking loads (for a baby) - if we're outside especially. Maybe even if she's not walking you could set up a climbing-over-cushions type thing to wear her out a bit (can you tell I've got 2 energetic boys??) or take her outside to crawl/walk in the fresh air in the evening.
Otherwise, wake her a bit earlier in the afternoon?

ds has just turned 15mo. our routine:

wakes at 6, has milk
breakfast at 7
short nap whenever he needs it, usually 9.50 / 10 ish but I give him 10 mins then wake him up
snack at 10.30
lunch at 12
sleep 1-2.30 / 3pm
snack when he wakes up
tea at 4.30/ 5
milk at 6
bath at 6.30
bed at 7 and usually straight to sleep.

he used to do the big morning nap then wouldn't sleep in the afternoon until very late. maybe bring lunch, snack and dinner forward by 30 mins or so and give yourself more of a wind-down towards bedtime?

my ds is 14mo and was doing pretty much to the letter what yours is at 13mo. he now sleeps only once in the day at lunchtime but has only started this recently - there was a period tho when two sleeps appeared to be too much but one not enough, which may be what you are now entering? it's very annoying but not much you can do about it but grit your teeth.
i think also it was about this time that the bedtime routine changed from a very straightforward one (bath, bottle, bed by this stage fairly zonked out) to wanting to read lots of books/play more on the way to bed, ie taking longer to wind down. may help extending the bedtime routine a bit?
also at this age i think sleep becomes less appealing if there's other things going on - ds has just started to cotton on, i think, that if he didnt go to sleep (even if exhausted) there might be something more interesting going on downstairs.....
