when i tak photos of my baby, his eyes come out looking differnt,,,, the pupils look different... Could this be problm?

it doea hapeen all the time but often enough?

could it be three is a problem?

IN what way? If one pupil looks white then it needs to be checked. Sometimes it can be because one eye is at a slightly different angle because of the angle the picture has been taken from, but sometimes it can indicate something that needs treatment.

One eye looks translucent whereas the other looks opaque,,,

yes this is the same thing that happened when my daughter was age 2 so we got her sight checked and she did have bad eyesight and had to wear an eye patch for a year for an hour a day to cover the good eye to make the bad one start working.aswell as glasses.she is 7 now and will have to wear them for the rest of her life .
at the time i was very upset but im glad we got it sorted from an early age.
i would get him checked by the childrens orthoptist usually through referral by your health visitor
