HELP! dd 3.10 acting really odd!

My normally loving, articulate and bright child suddenly seems to have lost the plot overnight. It started at the weekend when she wanted to keep rinsing out her mouth, then it was washing of hands a lot. This seemed to pass and we went bowling, nursery ans play date the next day and mow its all kicked off again. She won't get into bed at night because she says there is hair in it so managed to wrap her up like a sausage roll on the top of the bed and today she is just refusing to put any clothes on(this has been off and on last few days)Have tried talking to her about it have tried ignoring it and the odd rant too! Anybody had any similar problem-beginning to lose my mind!! TIA

She just mentioned something about washing hands after they had been outside in case there weas bird's poo about, which is fair enough(I'm sure they re-iterate that anyway)but it doesnt really explain all the other bizarre behaviour.Because she won't get dressed we're trapped indoors and not even the lure of some choccy buttons is doing the trick!

My DD2 did this (as did my friends DD) but they were both younger than yours (about 2). They grew out of it - I didn't indulge it too much, with the hair thing in the bed I just gave it a swipe with my hand and said 'thats fine now' in a matter of fact way.

3.10 is a different matter though but it's worth a try. I suspect nursery like scorpio.

Clothes thing is probably unrelated - mine did this until we had 'no toys or breakfast until you're dressed' rule imposed.
