Dropping the midnight feed for DD 8 months old

DD has since she was 2.5 months gone to sleep at around 6.30pm, been woken around midnight for a feed and nappy change and then sleeps through until around 6.30am.
DP and I are wondering when we can drop the midnight feed? Has anyone had a similar routine for their LO's and managed to get them sleeping through for a full 12ish hours?
Any advice or experience would be appreciated thanks

We did a dreamfeed at 10.30 - 11 for a while then DS dropped it himself, just kept rejecting it or hardly taking any, and was clearly most unimpressed at being got out of bed! Also was taking less at his morning feed.

Maybe get her up for a feed about then, before you go to bed, try and keep her asleep if possible and don't do the nappy, see how that goes. Then drop that as and when she's ready.

We dropped 11pm feed when dd2 was about six months and I reckon it was the trick to getting her to sleep longer. Try it and see what happens...
