My daughter has been potty trained for a long time now and for at least a year never wet the bed or anything . She's now doing it most nights and I don't know why. She doesn't even realise she's done it she gets up in the morning totally oblivious to the fact that she's lying on wet sheets. She doesn't wear pjs so I don't realise until a bit later when I go to make her bed. Any ideas of how to help her? I try to limit drinks before bedtime and she doesn't drink alot through the night.

I'd take her to the doctor incase she has a UTI or there is another physical reason why this is happening.

Has anything happened to unsettle/upset her? Is she worried about anything? Is she too scared (or cold if she's not wearing pyjamas?) to get up in the night to go to the toilet?

@NuffSaidSam as far as I know nothing is worrying her. She used to get up just fine for the toilet if she needed to go and shes never been bothered about the dark or anything just one night she's just seemed to not get up any more. I heard her once and went to check and she was standing up on the bottom her bed peeing where she stood. She was half asleep and didn't realise she was doing it. A few times there's been patches on the floor and more recently just in her bed where she's been lying. I do have gp appointment for her next week for something unrelated so I think I'll mention it and see what they say.
