Does anyone have a child who has had seizures not related to high temperature?

My 9 month old son had a seizure on Thursday morning and another one on Friday afternoon.

Doctors are taking a wait and see approach at the moment and want me to film it if it happens again.

Just wondering if anyone has experience with this? Obviously I’m worried he has epilepsy and I’m on edge, constantly worried he’s going to have another one.

How worrying for you. But good idea to film it. I’m not surprised you are on edge, it is scary to watch a seizure. I really hope you get some answers soon.

My ds had seizures when he was little. With him it was because of very low blood sugar (caused by a rare genetic illness). It probably isn’t the same thing - but just in case it might be worth also keeping a diary of what he is eating, in case there is a pattern, and asking them to test his blood sugar if it happens again.
