I fee like a bad mum. I'm a stay at home mum to twins and the other day I couldn't take it anymore. I changed my son's nappy roughly. I didn't hurt him but I didn't try to make him stop crying and I was just like , "sit there!" And told them to stop winging! They were winging and I just shouted - "what?!" The look they gave me was like a sad face and I feel so guilty about it. Sad

We abt their dad? Do you get breaks? Being parent isn't easy at all. If u was bad mum you wouldn't feel guilty abt it x

Been there. Just catch myself getting to that fed up stage sometimes and can tell myself not to, they are clearly having a hard time about somethibg and are only little and can't always figure out how to best deal with their emotions but I can.
And that it's okay to be pissed off and fed up. If i get super overwhelmed I sling on the TV, tell my daughter mummy needs five minutes of quiet time you sit and watch TV, ill be on the kitchen. She usually understands this and I can just sit in peace for a few moments and gather myself, have a cry or scream into a pillow and that's it! Jobs a good one!
