9 month old visual stimming

My lb just turned 9 months. I posted a month ago as he stopped babbling, he’s now resumed and babbles all day long!
However he’s just started to look at lights only when he’s tired.
He stares at them for maybe 5/10 seconds then looks away then back again etc for maybe a minute/2 minutes. He’s also started tilting his head and sometimes squints when he’s doing this.
I know it’s way to early to diagnose autism, but I was wondering if only autistic babies visually stim like this? Or is this normal for his age?
I worry as my nephew is severely autistic and one of his stims when he was a baby was staring at lights for hours on end.
Also, if he was autistic would it mean as my nephew and my mums cousin sons are very severe that my lb would be too?
Thanks

I know it’s hard to relax but I think you really need to OP. Like you say it’s much too early for a diagnosis and you seem to be driving yourself half mad with worry Thanks
