Is my little one starting to not like certain people???

My daughter is 13 weeks old & on Saturday we went to my MIL's. They'd been away on holiday so we hadn't seen them for 3 weeks. My baby was really crying, even me holding her wouldn't calm her down. I've come here again today & she's got really upset again. Is she too little to be developing a dislike for people/a certain place? I don't know if it's just coincidental or what but she'd been absolutely fine at home both days & then got really upset once we got to my MIL's. She's seen my in-laws a lot since she's been born, bar the 3 weeks they were on holiday.
I do think she's teething, she's showing a lot of the signs. But just confused as she's only got upset in MIL's house.

How is she with others? Mainly strangers?
At a little older than your dc mine started crying at anyone who he didn’t live with.

He’s 1yo now and still does it - very embarrassing at times!

It's just a thing that happens sometimes. Dont attach too much significance to it, it's not like she has a well-thought out opinion on their characters. It's a phase, it will pass.
