Too young?

My daughter is 100% going through the prepubescent phase. She's developed little breasts and has started "spotting". Her moods swings are erratic and she is becoming super super sensitive.

She's 9, just.

Has anyone else had to deal with this at such a young age and do you have any advice on how to deal with the daily struggles of crying at the drop of a hat, not being able to have a laugh with the rest of the family members, stomping off to bedrooms for no (apparent) reason etc.?

Can’t offer any advice I’m afraid as I was 9 when I started my periods and don’t really remember how I was mood wise. I do ever my mum being fantastic with talking to me to explain what was going on and had everything I needed. I’m sure someone else will be along soon with some current advice :)
