Tips for 4 month old baby teething?

Need some tips, my baby girl started teething at 3 months, she's now 4 months and the last week she has been really cranky, crying loads.

I've tried bonjela, calpol, teething rings.

Nothing helps at the minute, she is draining me, won't sleep until after midnight either but does sleep right through the night


Any tips would be so helpful thank you
