18 day old is sleeping a tonne today - usually has a relentless appetite. Normal/growth spurt/milk flow increased?

Just wondered. Ds is usually all feed feed feed. Last night he cluster fed for hours then still had ebm (90ml) top up and woke every 3 hours thereafter (this is not unusual for him). Since 8am hes been sleeping like a log. I have been waking him as best i can every 3 hours for feeds but hes lacking the appetite he usually has. I did express this morn (was advised to after spell in hosp where he lost 14% body weight) and i got 100ml off no probs - i would usually get about 30ml after some time - and there was still more squirting off (sorry) but i stopped to ensure he would have plenty to feed after. I started taking fenugreek yesterday to increase supply as up until now we have required formula top ups that i wanted to end. Is this likely to be a growth spurt or could it be that my milk has finally got flowing more so hes taking less time/energy to get it??

It's quite normal for them to be generally sleepy I think... But has he been checked for jaundice?
