Increasingly upset/not feeding- teething?

My daughter is 14 weeks old. This week she's has been grouchy (usually a wonderful placid, happy baby) and has been inconsolable from 6pm onwards and very very difficult to put down to sleep. She's also not taking much feed - about 1.5-2ounces a feed! (She used to take 4/5ounce) she has no temperature and her poo is normal. She is however really dribbling and constantly sucking her hands. Could she be teething? Even at such a young age?

It does sound like she is teething -some babies do start very young. Can you see any teeth that look like they are about to push through in her gums?
