Is he just naughty or is there something else?

My6 year old is naughty when ever anybody is there, when I'm on the phone, when he's with other children, but his teacher has never told me he's been naughty. It's like he can't control himself and has to do naughty things around other people, he gets very rough when he's playing with other children and takes everything to far every time. I have other children and they are not like this at all and he's often hurting them, he lashes out at them if they say something to annoy him and he gets very angry with them. But when he's on his own he's great!! So a relative tonight pointed out to me it's deffo more than just naughty....... what you all think?
