DD 4 months has decided 4.30 is the perfect wake up time??? please tell me it's just a phase

DD has decided that 4.30 is the perfect time to wake up and chat to whatever takes her fancy in her nursery, was previously sleeping 7-6ish. I know I'm lucky she sleeps well and to be fair If I go into her room and pop a dummy in she'll usually go back off for another hour, my main problem is that she is now yawning 5 mins after getting up, taking her bottle and wanting to sleep again and it is just throwing her day out. She has started to want to catnap on and off all day so it's getting hard to get anything done...I know I sound like a monay cow, but I am hoping someone may reassure me that it is developmental/just a phase (my two fav' sayings ) It doesn't help that friends comment on how long their LO's can stay awake now and does my DD really need all that daytime sleep. I'd like to see them try to keep her awake without a meltdown (DD is an angel till she's till she is tired then she get's V grumpy, don't where on earth she's got that from )
TIA
Just'bags under her eyes'JAM

it is just a phase

have you tried feeding her her bottle instead of giving the dummy...and getting her to go back off until 6 or 7

ignore the other friends' babies routines.......your baby is your baby and will do what she needs to do

she is only 4 months, still a tiny wee thing....let her sleep when she is tired and eat when she is hungry,..lots of cuddles and loveliness the rest of the time..you can't go wrong

routines at this age cahnge constantly as the baby develops and grows, just when you nail it, they have a growth spurt or start teething or get a cold, tehn the routine goes out of the window!

go with the flow, let your baby guide you , you;ll find your way together.

Thanks Lulu - doesn't seem to be hunger as just seems to want to coo away to herself (or the object she has fixated on!) - when I gave her a bottle she just grinned at me and only took a couple of ounces

It is hard hunger wise as DD rarely cries for food but intincts tell me it's not a hunger issue...she just grins her gorgeous face off and gets all excited when I go in I can handle a 6 am start, but before 6 I find I'm knackered...I know she is still tiny, and I'm not fed up or anything, just wondered if this is a usual kinda phase babies go through?

Oh thank you guys! I must repeat my mantra when tired "it's just a phase" "it's just a phase" "it's just a phase" and yes friends can make you (well me anyway) paranoid
