my daughter still can't open doors she's not really behind on anything else that I can think of her speech is a little behind in comparison to other kids her age but she still speaks in 3-4 word sentences so I'm not worried bout that but she just won't turn all the way on the knob, she just jiggles it and gives up. same thing on her bike she won't push on the peddles but I think it's just because she's lazy and she would rather me just push her. what do you guys think?

My 11yo still can't open doors! She's perfectly normal in every other respect, though.

God know how she's going to manage a house key next term!

that makes me feel a bit better, I just brushed it off and was happy I didn't have to worry about her trying to run away and stuff but then started getting worried that other kids way younger than her were able to open doors and she still couldnt

My 10yo can't tie a shoelace. Blush And she was 7 before she could ride a bike. She is however Level 6 at Maths, can flip a somersault on the trampoline, and is doing brilliantly at school, normal in every way.

Don't worry, OP, she'll pick things up in her own time. It doesn't sound like you need to be concerned.
