Help me find shoes for my little hobbit!

I am at a loss. My 10 year DD needs new shoes, but I've tried Clarks and Start-rite and neither has anything that will fit her.
She measures a 3H, however the only things that came close in the shops were 4H and as it isn't a common size there wasn't much choice and nothing they had in any of the 3 shops fitted.
She has wide and high feet, her ankles are weak (ehler-danos) and so she tends to "walk over".
I've just ordered 4 pairs from start-rite online and not one of them fitted.
We've tried adult sizes but they all tend to come up narrow, or if they do a wide fit, they don't do it in a small enough size.

Help please, she is literally shoe-less and is having to wear wellies, or her boots, which have holes in.

I also have very wide, small feet, with short toes so they don't fit many shoes..

I have a pair of wide fit suede slip-on things from Cotton Traders www.cottontraders.co.uk/his-and-hers-shoes/suede-slip-on-shoe-ladies-wide-fit/invt/aq11033/ that are pretty good (although they came up big for me and 3 is the smallest size so that might not work).

I used to wear Doc Martens for school/work when younger.

When I've needed smarter stuff I've found M&S quite good with the width of their shoes, and they go down to a 3.

Goodluck - I've largely given up ever having much choice in shoes..

I have a similar issues with Dd3 she has size 5 D and orthotics for HMS.
I have just had to send back a pair of lovely walking bootsSad

She has gone through the sole in her school shoes so we have to go on the dreaded shoe shop hunt in the hols.

Shoesforkids.com have a pair of 3H school shoes for £25? I feel your pain - we can never find anything to fit DD. And she's a 2.5G which should be fairly easy!
