DS, previously a very smiley and content baby, has been really fractious for the last few days. Some of it is teething related, and he's wanted to be carried in a sling a lot, which is fine. But when he's playing he's constantly grizzly - I think it's because he's trying to do things he can't manage yet, like getting into a sitting position.

I know I can't speed him up (and don't want to!). Any tips for helping them at this frustrating stage?

Crying, clingy and cranky? It sounds like he's going through a developmental phase. Have you taken a look at the "Wonder Weeks" website/book/app?

This too shall pass ... Until the next one! :)
