How many of you mums feel bad giving making your children happy by giving them sweeties? I know in the long run it's bad for them but i struggle to say no :(

What makes a good healthy candy alternative? I've read about probiotic ones, does anyone have any advice?

As a mum in the dentistry profession I find his really hard too. Obv I don't want dd missing out but I'm trying to limit her sugar until she's old enough to know the difference between sweets and fruit. For healthy sweet snacks she gets frozen grapes or a banana on a kebab stick drizzled in dark choc. The fruit winders etc are better than sweets but packed with added sugar.
