DD 19 months - knee clicking loud enough to hear.

DD has always had clicky joints - ankles, hips and wrists mainly. I have only ever felt the clicking though not really heard it (a bit in her shoulders when she was very young).
Her ankles roll in and the HV said she has hypermobilty and may be slightly knock kneed. I have hypermobilty so wasn't really surprised when HV said she has it too.
When she kneels down she doesn't sit on her legs she sits with her bottom on the floor and her legs in a V shape either side (I used to do this as a child). I try to correct the way she sits but obviously I can't be with her 24hrs a day. I know (from experience) if she continues to sit like this she'll have no end of knee/hip/back related problems.
Anyway.....the other day I went to get her from her cot after a nap and she'd been sleeping on her front with her bottom in the air. She went to stretch out and her knee clicked really loudly, I was quite taken aback as I'd not heard this before. She didn't seem to feel any discomfort from this though so I didn't mention it to her. I thought maybe it was a one off but it happened again today while she was playing.
Has anyone had any experience? Do I need to push GP for physio referal?

I know I was a clickey baby and still to this day all my joints click. nothing can be done for it. I would push for second opinion and a referal just incase its underlying problems. but more than likely its nothing so dont worry
