boring question about forks

DD is 16 months and likes to try and use a fork, but the bloody toddler fork we have is so baby-proofed that it's impossible to use. Any recommendations for forks that actually work?!

I bought some overpriced metal ones from amazon and then saw ikea do lovely proper metal kids cutlery really cheap. Failing that the tommee tippee metal ones with a plastic handle are ok too. Not that DS at 2.5 can be persuaded to use them over his fingers. His friends like them tho!

We have the Tommee Tippee one here and DS (14mo) gets on with it fine if I load it up for him. He quite likes to feed me with it too!

Got in in ASDA- very cheap.

DD2 is on desert forks (small but mighty Blush) since she is 1, I probably wouldn't have done it with DD1 though.
