I want something to do with DS 2.6 and DD 15 months that we can all do... DD can't do painting really as she won't accept that paint isn't food!

Building with blocks, pushing cars around, playing in a sandpit or with water and containers, making music, telling stories with lots of animal noises, reading books (IME most toddlers are very happy to carry on reading 'baby' books, especially if they belong to someone else.)

Try "50 things to do with your toddler" and "50 things to do with your 3 yr old", sanity saving! available online from www.usborneonline.org/beautiful_books
good luck!

Play doh play doh and more play doh. Or sand pit if it's still warm enough to go in the garden. Or is 15 months still the age at which they eat play doh and sand? .....

She loves a bit of sand and playdough and crayons. She will be a 10 tonne toddler at this rate

If it's warm enough, use water to 'paint' pictures on dry paving slabs... no problem if it gets eaten!

I've bought some gellibaff and you can use just a small amount in a basin of water which is good fun as it lasts a long time then.
