I am 3 and I can wee!

Please help! My challenging 3 year old is now doing the following:

When I ween my 6 month old at tea time, she says "I need a wee" followed by "if I wee in the toilet I will get a sticker/ magazine" (which ever incentive we are using this week). Then "oh, I have weed in my trousers" queue challenging look at me for 10 seconds or so to assess my reaction.

I really have no ideas. We have the sticker chart. I have previously got a bit cross (i know I shouldn't have but it is quite annoying, especially when you have a new born). It is definitely attention seeking, and there is no doubt that she is weeing on purpose. But then how purposeful is a 3 year old. Any ideas gratefully received...

Yes, take her trousers away and say she can have them back when she's got better at her potty again.

So I should pretend that she is not entirely potty trained and treat her like a baby again. Could work well. Thanks. I'll try it. But she is wiley - so expect to hear back from me...

She likes not wearing pants/ trousers but this morning she weed on the chair. (V pleased to have chosen fake Eames ones...) She is resistant to being forced to go to the loo before each meal but I will try it.
