My son grinds his teeth in his sleep. It is really bad. I had him in my bed last night as he was ill and he fdid this all night - it sounds like fingernails being scratched down a blackboard. This cannot be any good for his teeth at all. Is it a sign that he is anxious? Should I be worried about this habit and what can I do about it? Thank you
