mmmmmmmmum, MUM MUM MUM!! My tummy rumbly

is the screech i am hearing at 6am most mornings. so i go and make her breakfast (either toast, cereal or cereal bar) but then she will refuse to eat it. and screeches at me for the rest of the morning that she is hungry. and then after lunch its the same. its constant demands for food. help, its doing my head in.

its driving me mad, if i try and go back to bed, then i get a juice cup thrown at my head!!!

almost 3yr olds, its a nightmare. if i say 'hold on i'm just feeding dd3' then dd2 will screech 'NO, DD3 NO LIKE BOOBY, SHE FINISHED' argh!!

he doesn't have a video of it (has everything else under the sun though) .. it is a special Saturday morning on the tv with daddy treat (he watches cbeebies / nick jr the rest of the time .. am not a smug-a-mum)

he can of course work the video and dvd player and has been able to since he was 3

encourage her to assist in making hte food she wants to eat. Let her know that if she plays up looking for food after refusing her requested meals then she will have to go and tell someone else about it as you already have enough to cope with. Could she be just wanting your undivided attention?

or if she's hungry during the morning just offer her milk ONLY which should stave off hunger pangs but isnt giving into food demands

she has only just started drinking milk again after a year being off it. it does starve off hunger, for oh all of 10mins lol. this girl can eat!!

i remember one morning she ate bowl of cereal, 2 slices of taost, a crumpet, a cereal bar, blueberry muffin, and 3 cups of juice! and she did eat it all. other times she just picks.

if she'll eat porridge give her that - more likely to keep her full for longer and definitely NO cereal bars or other "treats"

Hi Misdee, Sorry no advice, still looking for that myself. My twins demand like your DD I feel like i am running a 24hr cafe LOL
