I was at a very serious biology conference once, i felt very sorry for the woman who had to describe the work of a german guy called Mr Wanker. She was very careful to produce the W as a V, but then had it written on her presentation. If that had been me, i wouldnt have written it down as the Vanker would have gone over my head
