I know the most darling Leo. I know quite a few others and none of them have ever been called Lee.

Really love the name Leo, I wanted a ds just so I could use this name! I don't know any personally, just a Leon, but I can't imagine it would get shortened to Lee!

I've met loads at baby groups in the last year. All seem to be called Leo.

I know two Leo's and they are both Leo not Lee. They're both really lovely boys too so I only have happy connections to that name and as such I love it! (if we ever have another boy Leo will certainly be on the list)

My nephew is a Leo. It's never occurred to any of us that it might turn into Lee.

My best friend is called Leo, he's 22. I don't think anyone's ever called him Lee (though I'd like to see his face if they tried!) Grin

I know one, a toddler, and he is always called Leo never Lee. He does receive an above average amount of lion themed presents though. Grin
Its a lovely name in mt opinion; a little bit unusual but not so unusual as to be weird.

My cat! Used it as I knew I wouldn't have any more children- I would have called a boy Leo, it's a lovely name.

And my dog! We never call him Lee. Leonardo or Leopold sometimes.

RideOn · 25/06/2017 20:37

Yes and no they don't ever get Lee and I would never have connected it as a nn

OSETmum · 25/06/2017 20:41

I know lots, it's very popular at the moment. I'd never even made the connection between Leo and Lee.
