I prefer Rosanna to Roseanne, but both nice names.

Rosa is just lovely, though. Simple, elegant, under-used.

I don't really get Rosanna - why doesn't it have an e!?

Think rosa is beautiful!

Roseanne still makes me think of Roseanne Barr's show and the big cackle she does at the end of the theme tune. But that's prob just me Grin

Rosa. As someone with a long first name, I would have much preferred a short name! And Rosa is gorgeous.

I like Rosanna too. It can still be shortened to Rosa, but she has the option of Anna too.

As for the 'e', it's not needed. Ro-sanna or Ro-sanne is pronounced the same way without the 'e'. Both names look neater without.

I prefer Rosa as it is simple, elegant and classic - and more unusual than Rose. I do still quite like Roseanne though, although it partly reminds me of the comedy.
