It looks pretty but I wouldn't know whether to pronounce it Julie-Anna or Julie-arna I'm afraid!

It's Julie-anna. Juliana with one N is pronounced Julie-arna (like the old Dutch Queen).

Have to say I prefer Julia, as the elongated variations are a bit too frilly for me.

If I met a 30 year old called Julianna I wouldn't think anything of it. If I met a baby called Julianna, I'd think that it was an odd name for a little one!
But I'm probably in the minority!

I love a name with good nn potential and Julianna could be Julia, Jools, Lia or Anna.

Agree with others in that I love Julie-ahna, not so keen if it is said like Julie-anna. It does immediately make me think of Giuliana rancic though...so good or bad depending on personal opinion!

Julianna works if you've got a mono-syllabic surname, IMO. If not, I'd go with Julia or Juliet.

I prefer Julianna because it's simple and not confusing when it comes to spelling. But I suggest have a middle name like Rose or Reese :)
