I should add I'm not a huge fan of the name Elliot. Though I think it is more modern than Edmund if that is a consideration

I like Edmund. Husband wouldn't countenance it (together we approximately 1000 other names I suggested). We have an Edward.

Elliott. I prefer classic traditional names but I would prefer to be an Elliott than an Edmund/Ed/Eddie by far!
