How would you pronounce Elowen?

We decided on Elowen rather than Lowenna in the end but now we aren't sure as people seem to pronounce it differently. We pronounce it E-LOW-en

We have Cornish links but don't know the correct Cornish pronunciation. I'm finding myself swinging back to Lowenna as I have a first name that was always pronounced wrong and I wouldn't want to saddle her with that
