Baby names

Ethan or Zach ?

Me and my OH can only agree on two baby names so far that we both like, but i am just not 100% on either of them.
His full name would likely be -
Ethan George Bernard Porter
Zach George Bernard Porter
I know a lot of people don't use two middle names but as he is going to be our final child i wanted to include both his great grandparents.
What name do you prefer? or have you any other suggestions? We both liked Mason too but our little girl is Maisie-ann and we thought the shortened version of maisie and mason may be so similar.

Prefer Zachary with nn Zach. There are a lot of Ethans around.

I have a Zach (full name Zachary) so obviously I think that's a great choice Grin

Ethan is a nice name and goes with the middle names you've chosen very well but there are loads of them about. I know plenty from baby age up to 16.

I really like both but think Ethan goes better with the middle names you've chosen

I much prefer Ethan! Don't like Zach or Zachary at all. Where I am in North London there are a lot of Zachary's but I have yet to come across an Ethan...

I prefers Zach. Considered it for DS1 and plan on using it if any more DS's!

Looking at it as full names I do agree Ethan goes better. I've not met any Ethan's or Zachs in my area. My oh doesn't like Zachary sadly but we have discussed Isaac and we both like that. Would you shorten Isaac to zach ?

I don't know any Ethans, do know quite a few Zac/Zack/Zachs. All of them are under 10.

Plus, I think Ethan is a much nicer name, anyway.

I prefer Ethan. If you want a mix of both you could consider Ezra. :)

Zach is my favourite by far. Ethan is very popular, I know 6 all under the age of 4. But if that's not an issue for you then I think it sounds fine, it's just not my cup of tea!
Isaac also sits in this category for me - very popular and not to my liking. So I would stick with Zach.
Other suggestions? How about Nathanial (Nate) or Max?

I really like Zach, it's a much stronger name than Ethan.
