Love both Greta and Xanthe, although they're quite different in style. Thea's OK and I'm not keen on Flora or Florence (think it's the 'Flor' sound, plus Florence is very popular at the moment).

Thea. I'd love Thea but my OH isn't keen.

Also love the suggestion someone made of Clara as an alternative.

Cleo could be another one?

I have a 1 year old Xanthe. It comes up on here a lot but I've never met another one in real life. Do it!

I also really like Thea.

The other three are quite nice too.
