You favourite boys names

Well, we found out last week we are having a boy! But I'm really struggling to come up with boys names that I really really love.

So can you please help? What's your favourite boys name/your DS's name/what you would name a DS?

Anything considered, but surname starts Mc so would need to sound good with that.

Thank you Grin

Thanks, loving these so far. Keep en coming.

Bouquet, Hamish in on our short list as he has Scottish heritage, plus DP is James and Hamish is apparently the Scottish form of James.

My total favourite is Arlo but OH doesn't like it so we didn't get to use it for our boy.

My top 3 boys names are Arlo, Asa and Seth. If DD1 had been a boy she would of been Zach(ary), DD2 who is due in 2wk would of been 1 of the above 3 if she had been a boy.

Ooh, similar taste dimdom, I love Asa too. I taught a lovely Asa once; I think his parents were Canadian.

I also adore Ezra, but unfortunately once knew a right wanker with that name which forever put me off it.

DS is Leo and I love it completely, even when others didn't like it before he was born.

My best friend at school was Keir and I think it is fabulous and underused.

I also quite like Calum but it didn't go with our surname. DH is Scottish but not a regular surname.

If you've a mc surname I would go with something fairly easy to spell, as your DS will forever be telling people that It's mc, not Mac.
