Son is going to be William as grandad was Bill and husband is Liam. Will probably be known as Billy most but would like a middle name. Can't have things that don't work with billy as in William Elliot (billy Elliot) lol. Any ideas. Surname begins with R. X

I had this issue and in the end we didn't choose a middle name at all. No point really unless it's for a relative...or you love the name.

I would keep away from Thomas as a middle name for William as Thomas is also part of John Thomas, put this with William shortened by many to Willy, you have penis associated names.
