Dodgy Initials?

DH stunned me by showing mild enthusiasm for one of my name suggestions - Viola. Our surname begins with G. Obviously, I'd be avoiding any middle names beginning with A but is V.G. too awful to even begin contemplating?

What are you worried about? The only thing VG means to me is 'very good'.
It is nothing like 'vag', and I only think that is what you are alluding to because you mention 'A' middle names.

(I love a 'V' name - Vivien - but when the surname begins with D ...)

Thanks - I got paranoid with DD1 as there are a staggering number of truly rubbish 3-letter words ending in G - Pig, Pug, Bog etc.

VG means very good. Don't see the issue.

badtime - those are my initials now I'm married. I always insist on using my middle initial too.

VG is very good

Are you hinting at vag as in vagina. Just trying to read your mind and work out how VG could be bad.

Viola is lovely. VG is non offensive

Yeah just avoid vag. The others aren't bad.

VEG is vegetables, but that's not a bad thing.
VIG, VOG and VUG are all meaningless.

All consonants would be fine.
