We need a boys name to go with our difficult surname.

It can't start or end with the letter 'b', and it also can't end in an 'ee' sound.

I'm at a loss, so suggestions please!

Some great names - thank you! I've added quite a few of them to our list - including Frederick!

Elquota, we're really stuck so any suggestions are gratefully received Smile

I really like Thomas but I've got a close relative with that name, he doesn't even shorten it so I really can't use it.

We are currently liking the name William but we're not 100 percent just yet.

Just a note of caution with William. Will/William can easily become Willy on primary playgrounds...Grin.

Poppydaisy I have a 17 year old William. He was called 'willy' for all of about two weeks at school when he was 14. He laughed it off. It stopped. That was it. Not a problem at all. None of the Williams we know get called Willy.
