Anything that DOESN'T end in a "y" or "ie" sound!! It would just be too twee to have a Bobby and Alfie, or Bobby and Charlie.

How about:
Bobby and Samuel/Sam
Bobby and Peter
Bobby and James/Jim
Bobby and Matthew
Bobby and George
Bobby and Simon
Bobby and Nathan
Bobby and Noah

Or, since Bobby is rather rockabilly-retro-fabulous:
Bobby and Ringo
Bobby and Grover
Bobby and Floyd
Bobby and Walter

Please tell me his full name is Robert. Bobby on its own is just cruel.

I agree with the previous posters that she ought to avoid names ending in an 'ee' sound - it would sound too twee. I'm not sure if her son is Bobby or Robert so, where I've suggested, for example, Bobby and Alex, assume I mean Robert and Alexander if Bobby is just a nickname.

Bobby & Alex
Bobby & Theo
Bobby & Felix
Bobby & Orlando
Bobby & Jack
Bobby & Raymond
Bobby & Alan
Bobby & Ross
Bobby & Clark
Bobby & Eric
Bobby & Fraser
Bobby & Bruno
Bobby & Edmund
Bobby & John
Bobby & Justin
Bobby & Ronan
Bobby & Rowan
Bobby & Gregory
Bobby & Pascal
Bobby & Clement
