You could spell it Ksenia, as Xenia will often be pronounced as though with a "Z". I knew a Ksenia whose nickname was Ksiusha (Ksyoosha), which was very sweet. However, she was actually Russian, so people were a bit more comfortable with the name and nn!

I also know of Ksiusha (v sweet), but pronouncing it for an english-speaking audience sounds too close to 'sushi'...

I knew a Ksenia and a Zinnia but neither used n/n, guess it would be Xen or Zin.
