DH and I already have two DC (Asa James and Shiloh Phoebe ) but the next little Lyon is proving more difficult to name! We want something easy to prenounce but uncommon (this backfired on us with DD when Angelina Jolie stole our name!). I also have Jewish heritage so it would be nice to reflect that in the name. Here are a few we have already come up with -

Zev Amos
Asher Tobias
Aaron Jacob
Reuben Shay

Noa Kezia
Aliyah Ruth
Tabita Abigail
Marnie Rebecca

What are people's opinions/any other suggestions?

TIA

I would go for Reuben Jacob or Noa Abigail myself :)

Don't pick Asher if you have an Asa already?! That's really weird IMO

Maia - First name - Maia is the daughter of Atlas[2] and Pleione the Oceanid,[3] and is the eldest of the seven Pleiades.[4] They were born on Mount Cyllene in Arcadia,[5] and are sometimes called mountain nymphs, oreads; Simonides of Ceos sang of "mountain Maia" (Maia oureias) "of the lovely black eyes."[6] Because they were daughters of Atlas, they were also called the Atlantides.[7]

She lives up to her name and the spelling is not too popular so originality commands the classroom.

Then my partner chose Jade - as in Mara Jade, (Maia Jade SURNAME* - Big Star Wars Fan).

Reuben Shay
Marnie Rebecca

these are my pick of your bunch, but Reuben is a bit popular I think its in the top 100, unlike your other names.

I do like the suggestion of Maia but it is a bit of a mouthful with Lyon, which is our surname. Any other suggestions?

How about Mila? Mila Rebecca Lyon sounds lovely.

With the boys names I think Zev is really very cool and, if you have the heritage, I think you can pull it off!

All your boys names are nice, though agree Asher and Asa too similar. My favourite is Aaron Jacob (if pronounced Air-on) or Zev Amos, which is a little more unusual and you can get away with with your heritage.

Girls I like Tabitha best as a first name but prefer Ruth as a middle name - Tabitha Abigail is a bit of a mouthful, but don't suppose is a big deal. Noa is nice, but I would probably avoid as Noah is very popular as a boys name. Not keen on Aaliyah or Marnie - Marnie seems a different type of name to your others.
