I love Peter. Such a lovely, simple name, James is ok. Not keen on the others and i really do not like Lewis and Tyler.
Jane and Rebecca are lovely. Do not like the others, I especially do not like Kara.

Boys
Alexander -- Nice
Harry -- Nice
James -- ok
Lewis dislike prefer Louis
Peter -- Love
Tyler -- Dislike a lot

Girls
Evie -- way too popular
Isabella -- way too popular. Half of the girls on the planet bear this name
Jane -- Lovely and unusual
Kara -- meh
Megan -- dislike; 'egg' sound in the middle kills it for me
Rebecca -- lovely

Nothing really jumps out at me from your boys' list except Peter, but Alexander and Harry (while very popular) are nice too.

Jane and Rebecca get my vote from your girls' list.

Alexander - very nice
Harry - OK
James - quite nice
Lewis - not keen
Peter - very nice
Tyler - dislike

Evie - OK but a bit nicknamey
Isabella - like
Jane - like, currently underused
Kara - prefer Cara spelling, or Carina or Clara
Megan - very nice
Rebecca - very nice

I'd vote for Alexander or Peter from your boys' list, possibly with James as middle name, and Megan, Jane or Rebecca from the girls' list.

Alexander James
Peter James

Megan Jane
Rebecca Jane
Megan Rebecca

Jane stands out at the moment. I know it didn't in 1974 because it was the standard filler middle name., but a little girl called Jane right now would be lovely.

I love Evie, it is popular because it is lovely. Isabella - prefer just Isabel. Kara, ok, prefer Clara

Megan - lovely. Rebecca, ok but harsh.

Boys names, I like Peter.

From you boys list I like Alexander, Harry and James.

From your girls list I like Jane. Not keen on Kara, Megan and Rebecca and Isabella and Evie are way too popular for me.

Tyler and Kara are a very different style from the rest Confused

Boys
Alexander good, lots of nns
Harry too 'of the moment'
James great
Lewis ok
Peter dislike too 'eastendery'
Tyler quite american

Girls
Evie see Harry
Isabella again see harry
Jane rhymes with too much
Kara strictly?
Megan ok
Rebecca quite 80s, hate nn becky

darleneconnor Why is Peter 'eastendery'? (I don't watch) I would have thought it was quite a classic names, as is Harry.

Like all the boys names, although Tyler is very surnamey (if that's a word).

Girls names only really like Megan and Rebecca. typsical not sure Meggie is a name in it's own right, also quite cutsie so may not work quite as well once the child gets a bit older.
