Graves disease and dizziness

Hi have been suffering with dizziness when I turn my head or if I tilt my head back. Its been happening for the past few weeks on and off but seems to be happening more often now. I suffer from graves disease but my levels are all in range. I have a thyroid nodule so not sure if that is causing the problem.
Anyone else suffered with dizziness with graves disease?

The first symptoms my Dd had of Graves (at age 17) were dizziness and fainting. She was sent home from school at least twice a week until she was diagnosed and started on Carbimazole. She's been treated off and on for the past 3 years, and it's still the first sign that her thyroxine levels are increasing.

I have Graves Disease, although it has been under good control since I had my thyroid blitzed with radioactive iodine.

Whilst I didn't get the dizziness and fainting, I did often feel quite light headed and had a pronounced hand tremor. I think it is because excessive thyroxine levels can cause heart rate to accelerate.

I have graves and suffered with dizziness for a while. My B12 was low at this time also and this can go hand in hand with graves. I have a b12 jab every 3 months now and the dizziness has disappeared. Graves is a multi faceted illness not just affecting the thyroid.
