Hi
I've been abnormally tired for years and used win 16 mile races but even short walks are too much and send me into a grumpy confused mood and state of not coping (I'm 37).
I look really healthy so feel some friends don't get that I can't manage some things and I often get confused (but think vitamin B12 is helping a lot which is a breakthrough.
Another breakthrough came seeing a naturopath who found id developed several strong food intolerances which helped so much.
Does this sound like an autoimmune disease? Can anyone be amazing and give advice Either in knowing what's going on or anything I can do to manage exercise again? I hate going to the GP as they never find anything and I almost think they must think it's in my head
