cheapest place to buy craft stuff

i have (foolishly) volunteered to run a craft hobby group at my daughters school next term, i ahve enough ideas for the 8 sessions but want to know were is the cheapest place to buy stuff like fabric paints etc....is baker ross the cheapest ? as it is the only palce i know apart form hobbycraft. thanks

I don't know whether they are the cheapest, but if you register the school with 'Yellow Moon', the school will get money back on everything you buy. They do the same sort of stuff as Baker Ross, and delivery is usually pretty good. Visit www.yellowmoon.org.uk

I often spot stuff in the pound shop and quality save, things like crayola kits and craft kits.

If you want to do some stitching with them then you can get cheap good qualitity embroidery threads at www.strandedcotton.co.uk
They could use them to personalise a plain T shirt that they bring from home - so shouldn't cost too much.
