My local haberdashers don't have any and are stumped on what word I need to search to find them online, so I'm hoping someone here might know what I'm hunting for!
It's a type of toggle where you squeeze a button to release the tension. They're often found around the waist/hips of rain coats to cinch them in/out as needed - usually with a slightly elasticated cord running through them.
