Making bunting ideas making and selling

Several questions :-

If you make bunting what do you connect each piece with?

Do you hand sew or machine?

Do you back your bunting?

What do you look for when buying bunting?

Do you like the "bog" standard shaped bunting or do you like specific shapes ie flower, train, truck etc... ?

How much are you prepared to pay?

I know I won't make much money on handmade bunting, I do enjoy sewing so I thought I would give it a go.
