buy from China or Hong Kong if you want cheap, but if you want it quick really any supplier will do that's in your country

Silver plated, I buy from scarey deals on eBay (yes, that's how they spell it)
Sterling silver, echo cooksons
Stainless steel, which some people use nowadays, I think Ang's attic sell
