A friend of mine is incredibly low at the moment. She had her second a few months ago and from what she's shared seems like she's not in a good place at all.
Is there any advice you can give to support her? She's nearly 3 hours away so it's not like I can pop in for a regular chat or to offer childcare.
She's also very unwilling to see a doctor so hasn't had a diagnosis and is not seeing anyone about any counselling or other therapies.
