Does self harm harm your baby?

I'm so sad and depressed right now. I didn't want to have this baby but I was pressured by my family and partner to keep it. I am going to put it up for adoption. I'm so miserable being pregnant. I self harm regularly, I cut myself and burn my self with lit cigarettes (but don't smoke them). I'm scared I'll do damage to the baby by being so sad and doing these terrible things. I need help. I'm scared and paranoid the doctors will tell people I'm being so selfish and put me in prison. I can't get out of this horrible state. It's not fair on the unborn child. What do I do. I'm so paranoid all the time I can't bear it anymore. The only thing that 's stopping me from ending it all is the baby. I never get out of bed for days on end and my partner has to force me to eat. What do I do? Will the pain I feel harm this unborn child?
